My role here is looking after all Samsung returns Brown goods, White goods & High value. Ensure no returns come back that dont comply to the returns policy.- Have great knowledge of SVPN, OPUS, & AZYRA.-Organize weekly shipments of stock going back to the UK.- Maintain an excel master file of all Samsung stock returned, run daily reports.- Deal directly with Accounts.- Working alongside the warehouse, dealing with out turns, damages etc Show less
