Why would a potential employer want to look at me as opposed to other potential candidates in my field?Beats me, just know I am a whole lot of personality, meaning that could be a good or bad thing. It all depends if the potential co-workers have a decent sense of humor and common sense. If there is a lacking of that, I am not your person, just being real.Just know that my work ethic has been forged by my experience in both the public and private sectors. I have learned to become diplomatic, but know when to take a stand based on, my professional and personal ethics. If accepted, I am a person that any company will love to have on their team because I am a fantastic human being, as well as, passionate, stubborn, and determined to see that things are done correctly. I know that can be irksome at times, but as I see it, I was selected for the role I am in based on my expertise and skills. I am going to give my all, and if I don't know it, I will learn it.
