Over the past 20+ years, I have acquired extensive experience in leveraging data analytics, risk management, and financial management expertise to develop and deliver cutting-edge systems, tools, and processes that drive continuous improvement in business value and client satisfaction.Accomplishments:▪ Lead the transition of the Department of Navy (DON)’s $7.6B Navy-Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) contract, involving 400K+ users, 100K+ devices, 34 Services, 54 SLR/KPIs, 182 metrics, 3 Service Desks, 61 CDRLs, 20+ tools, TBs of data, and 2.7K+ staff.▪ Executed 3 major contracts for DON to transition legacy systems - Office of Naval Intelligence, NAVSEA, Supervisor of Shipbuilding, and the NAVSEA-Joint Explosive Ordnance Disposal Network - with a $45M TCV to the NMCI business model.▪ Headed and implemented the transition of $114M NMCI Contract from a Contractor Owned/Contractor Operated (CO/CO) business model to an NGEN Contract Government Owned/Contractor Operated (GO/CO) network with 400K users. Bringing NMCI into a new network operating model, new service management, and new equipment ownership model.▪ Administered the complex transition of USMC off the NMCI network to the USMC MCEN network (300K seats/users), including the ticketing platform change from HPSM to Remedy BMC with zero impact to the project ($10M TVC).▪ Developed a Risk Management Methodology that evolved into authored US Patent #8,577,712 (Quantitative Method for Assessing Risk Likelihood) in 2013 at EDS.▪ Played an instrumental part in the transition design for the Far East and Bahrain BLII OCONUS into ONENet business model ($100M TCV) at ComGlobal Systems.
