The Connecticut Opportunity Project (CTOP) is a social investment fund of Dalio Education. We invest in nonprofit organizations in Connecticut serving young people who are disconnected from school and work or who are at the greatest risk for becoming disconnected. CTOP makes long-term investments of unrestricted grant funding and provides organizational coaching and technical assistance to support our grantee partners in continually strengthening their ability to successfully reconnect a growing number of young people back to school and work.
