This position has the responsibility for coordinating co-manufacturing strategies and operations in support of Kerry America's external manufacturing requirements. This includes confidentiality, quality, service, costs and yield performance. The position also assists in the Contract Manufacturing Group in coordinating opportunities to accelerate innovation, commercialization of new products and deliver high quality low cost manufacturing solutions.- Provide support including Mapics, Inventory Control, Planning, Accounting, Commercialization and KPI Maintenance.- Assist in coordingating basic process of contract manufacturing including Confidentiality Agreements, Internal contract initiation, Source Documents, Basic project coordination, and assist in other business relationship management as needed.- As directed, coordinate and assist with internal projects, inclusive to; PIP/Cost Savings, manufacturing consolidation, supply chain planning, inventory controls, purchasing, distribution or finance and marketing.

-Coordinate and manage Profit Improvement Projects-Weekly reporting on commercialization projects within the Food and Beverage BU.-Process and file freight claims for the BU.-Transactional processing.-Manage and update Source Documents.

-Monitor Aged Inventory-Warehouse inventory reconciliations-Service Level Reporting-Monthly KPI reporting-Monitor and correct negative inventory, intransit reports, inventory adjustment verifications, etc.-Warehouse Physical Inventory (audit, count, key, upload)

-Maintain and manage Medical Records-Process patient EOB's-Maintain financial records at month end-Log in lab sampels-Patient check in
