Design engaging visual content for B2B and B2C email campaigns, websites, social media graphics, and various sales and educational collateral using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva. My responsibilities extend to editing and retouching product and model photos, creating impactful presentations, and producing brochures and retail merchandising assets tailored for retail and salon needs.

As the Senior Graphic Designer at Printed Mint, I assisted in managing all creative aspects of the company. I managed and lead the creative team, which consists of photography, videography, social media, product development, and general brand and design needs. I oversaw all product development, including the entire product lifecycle from concept to completion and have successfully launched over 60+ new products. I stayed up-to-date on changes in the print-on-demand and drop shipping industry. Additionally, I organized and maintain all project details with project management software, assign projects, and communicate project scope in weekly meetings. I worked closely with the owners to achieve creative needs and business partnerships for Printed Mint and have administrative experience assisting them with various projects.

In my previous role, I understood project requirements and generated creative ideas, utilizing graphic techniques to create initial drafts. I designed digital advertisements, including web banners, social media graphics, and print materials, and presented creative concepts. Collaborating with team members, I helped launch effective campaigns and incorporated feedback from other designers to enhance work quality. I supported the Marketing Director in developing campaign strategies and content, assisted in establishing marketing guidelines and processes for retail stores, and printed and prepared in-store signage to ensure cohesive brand presentation.

Wild Flowers Apparel achieved significant milestones, handling a wide range of tasks including operational management, branding design, marketing campaigns, screen printing of apparel, coordination and oversight of brand representatives, as well as packaging and shipping logistics. Despite these accomplishments, the company faced a challenging period when Amanda's father-in-law was diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma, a rare form of brain cancer. To ensure his care, Amanda and her husband provided hospice support within their home, prioritizing family needs during this difficult time.
