Working at the Skylar-Scott Lab, Department of Bioengineering in the Betty Irene Moore Children's Heart Center. • Execute efficient differentiation of hiPSCs into cardiomyocyte and human neonatal dermal fibroblast (HDFn) organoids using GCaMP fluorescent proteins for live imaging.• Quantify the yield stress of fluid support baths through rheology testing. Generate G-code to demonstrate an accurate spatial control of matrix stiffness, optimizing printing parameters for a biocompatible support bath.• Play a pivotal role in media preparation to meet the demands of multiple concurrent projects, expertly maintaining aseptic cell culture techniques.
