I have been delighted to be working at PropertyLink SA for nearly over 5 years now. They took me in as my first job where I developed skills in addressing complaints customers, assisted with management of residential properties, commercial properties, and industrial properties, and using specific property management applications to make leases and contracts.

Working in the food and hospitality industry is hard as I am constantly communicating with customers weekly to help them with their issues of ordering certain food items, concerns on allergies, or taking their orders for large parties.I process sales transactions with operating a cash register and eftpos machine. The store also has to be in a clean and organised work environment.I close the store both weekends however, only open the bakery on the Sunday at 6am while working together with 1 other staff member.

During the period I worked at Mobara Japanese & iPho Vietnamese Restaurant, I was commented on providing excellent customer service and was always striving to satisfy the customer's needs. This job challenged my organisation and time management skills when the restaurant was busy, I had to greet multiple customers at the time and take their orders while maintaining a clean environment for them to enjoy their food in.
