Co-Founder of a Non Profit CIC encompassing a Community Cafe & Hub where young people with additional needs learn new skills, gain work experience & are supported in their transition to work and a more independent adult life. Funding bids and fundraising, recruitment of trainees, overseeing the running of this new community project and all that goes with a busy cafe and managing the team of enthusiastic trainees and staff. Passionate about inclusion, breaking down barriers and providing opportunities for people with additional needs to be the best they can be!
