This role involves updating and maintaining the customer database with accurate information, while also assisting with installation and troubleshooting of SONITROL systems with field technicians on location. Maintaining and developing training documents, training new specialists and handling escalated calls and requests pertaining to customer complaints and troubleshooting system errors.

This role entered and audited data being entered into our customer database, fielding inbound inquiries from clients and their customers. Verified jurisdictional requirements and assisted with any additional projects as requested by Management. Also assisted with follow ups for UL 2050 data entry, created a new account checklist and trained multiple new team members on the requirements of UL 2050 accounts. October 2019 I joined the new Sonitrol Data Entry Team and hit the ground running.

This role provided exceptional customer service to VIP and specialized handling accounts end users while also handling security alarm emergencies and inbound calls from customers and authority agencies.
