The processes we focused on were customer payment extensions, due date changes, and lease end extensions. My main duties included delivering small MVP (minimum viable products) as well as enhancements, identifying dependencies and timing, removing blockers, planning out Agile iterations and release plannings, being a cross-team coordinator across 3 teams, onboarding/off boarding all offshore team members, and coordinating on boarding / off boarding offshore purchased services team members from Accenture.
