• Act as prime & sole contact for DYNACON Aftermarket Sector, handling upward of $3 million dollars in yearly revenue• Building and maintaining strong bond with customers by, handling their queries and complaints with effective communication and a positive resolution & experience• Liaising with production manager, master scheduler and procurement department/vendors to gather lead times and pricing to produce customer quotations and schedules• Process all customer purchase orders • Provide technical updates, relevant correspondence and communication to customers regarding their orders• Manage customer issues regarding late production, purchasing, and/or quality• Produce and provide all quality documents, C.o.C, Mil Certificates, Calibration Certificates, etc. • Generate RMAs for evaluation of customer property or return of goods• Direct and ensure On Time Delivery to customers and Quality Department• Track costs, margins, and schedules for reports• Head of managing, developing, and forecasting monthly and quarterly sales• Generate reports as needed for departmental meetings• Meet with customers as required• Other duties as directed
