Supported and lead a specific program areas for a large scale integrated web-based system. I have been involved from the ground up in the business process re-engineering, general system design, detailed system design, development, testing and deployment of the project following a Waterfall approach. I was promoted from a business analyst to the track lead of the largest program area following the implementation phase. As track lead I was responsible for managing developers, enhancement design, client management and defect tracking.
