- Oversaw an outstanding Development team of 40+ remote majority BIPOC staff who raised $200M over 3 years, dramatically increased annual fundraising revenue from $30M to $82M in FY23.- Served as a key member of the executive team of a global LGBTQ+ youth suicide prevention organization with 500+ staff in the US and Mexico.- Worked collaboratively to integrate Trevor into 988, the national suicide prevention hotline, as the primary provider for 988 LGBTQ+ specialized services for young people.- Trevor received the Golden Halo Award in 2022 from Engage for Good for corporate social impact initiatives that showcase outstanding consumer or employee engagement efforts.

Led all aspects of development with a team of 19 staff in five cities.Key Accomplishments:- More than doubled total fundraising revenue from $11M to $22.5M.- Created a strong mid-level program, and led the team to be the top PP affiliate in all major gift metrics.- Oversaw two successful campaigns of $12.95M and $55M.- Engaged 100+ members of 7 boards in fundraising and advocacy.- Secured numerous gifts above $1M, with the largest at $10.8M.- Received 2018 Fundraiser of the Year for Planned Parenthood affiliates nationwide.

Led development nationwide for LGBTQ legal nonprofit.Key Accomplishments:- Increased total fundraising revenue by 30%.- Oversaw annual major gifts campaign with 30+ volunteer solicitors. - Built diversified fundraising strategies and strengthened the fundraising program.- Oversaw omni-channel national fundraising campaigns.

Responsibilities progressively increased over five years to ultimately include leading all aspects of development, marketing, volunteers, and outreach with a team of eight staff and 1,600+ active volunteers.Key Accomplishments:- Increased revenue by 31% and secured a $3M collaborative grant.- Secured extensive media coverage and served as spokesperson in television, radio, and print interviews.- Transitioned agency messaging and branding to a more positive focus with new logo/tagline, website and all associated collateral.- Established major donor and planned giving societies, as well as the organization's first endowment fund.

Created a new funding area focused on financial stability. Responsibilities included establishing a new high level volunteer Leadership Council, creating grant opportunities, and participating in community collaborations.
