I am currently working in the training department, teaching others and continuously learning myself. I work to ensure that individuals are trained correctly. I also help update all training documents, and work with all departments to create any items that are missing.Before that I worked in Quality for over half a decade following a career managing a Gas station and deli.I continuously learn from those around me and take what I have learned to make myself better at what I do. I have a demonstrated history of working in the food & beverages industry, including managing a kitchen and creating new recipes and building a new business category at the facility. I am Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Customer Service, Communication, Quality Assurance, and Leadership; and am a Strong quality assurance professional with a Bachelor's degree focused in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from DeVry University. I also Work well within the SAP system and infinity QS. I am a Fast learner who catches on quickly and works well in groups as well as independently. I have excelled in my current role making the position a highly integrated role working with many areas within the company.
