I am a passionate educator with a strong focus on student wellbeing. Engaged students are happier, healthier and better situated to learn. Working in the largest boarding school in the southern hemisphere, healthy relationships and positive connections are paramount to me. The field of positive psychology, also known as positive education, is only just beginning to be recognized as the cornerstone of strong pastoral care. Kindness, forgiveness, trust and hope are key to relationship repair and behavior management. With an M.Ed in Student Wellbeing from Melbourne University as well almost 25 years' experience of teaching in both Australian schools and internationally, I bring expertise, maturity and compassion to my leadership role.
