As a Knowledge Broker at the SQNNSW Innovation Hub, I specialise in facilitating information translation, problem-solving, capacity building and fostering collaboration among researchers, industry, government, landholders, and community stakeholders in climate resilience and regenerative agriculture. Currently pursuing a PhD in Sustaining Collaborative Networks, coupled with over 15 years of extensive experience in project and program management, I have spearheaded numerous research and practice-based initiatives to drive innovation and impact across diverse sectors and regions.I proudly contributed to the success of the 2016-2018 multi-award-winning Farming Together Program, recognised as Australia's largest farmer-driven collaborative initiative. Additionally, I have managed several successful projects within the Regenerative Agriculture Alliance, a dynamic network comprising over 40 leaders in regenerative agriculture dedicated to transforming the food system and nurturing environmental regeneration. I have also published and presented my research on collaborative networks to various academic and professional audiences.I am passionate about helping farmers and rural and regional communities cultivate resilience by harnessing the power of networks and collaboration to create positive change.
