Senior Instructional Designer on the Quality Systems and Compliance Global Learning Team. In this capacity, I have become a highly skilled enterprise learning content developer: I acted as the SME and led a global project team to develop, create and implement a custom enterprise Train the Train program, which I continue to maintain; I co-authored the SOP which governs the Train the Trainer program; I worked with the data integrity Business Process Owner to develop, create, and implement the enterprise Data Integrity learning content; I have sustained expertise as a user of the LMS Plateau; I provided training content development support for the Quality Management Systems Transformation (QMST) project and continue to sustain the training initiative that was developed for SOPs, during that project; I have pursued masters level course work in instructional design to bolster my abilities and I continue to search for industry training to upskill and remain relevant; I also collaborate with enterprise stakeholders, colleagues, and superiors. I have collaborated with CSL enterprise Quality Systems and Compliance extended team members from Marburg, Bern, Broadmeadows, CSL Plasma as well as CSL Seqirus and CSL Vifor Global learning teams to support the development, creation, and implementation of innovative enterprise learning content.

As a cGMP Training Specialist at the CSL Behring Manufacturing Facility I became a highly proficient user of the Success Factors Learning Management System; I served as the primary onboarding partner for the new members of the GMP training team; I acted as the lead instructor of the site Train the Trainer class and also developed and implemented a live Orientation class, and helped peers develop improvements to existing classes (including both presentations and instructional techniques); I worked collaboratively with department stakeholders, colleagues, and superiors; I gained multi-dimensional communication skills, and an ability to recognize, and act upon, departmental needs in order to ensure continued positive rapport and promote a productive, risk free working environment; I was selected for Global Project work to help design and implement learning journeys for an enterprise wide Quality SOP harmonization project supporting Global Stakeholders from all CSL Manufacturing sites.

As a Secondary Education Teacher in both Biological Sciences and Visual Arts I created and delivered curricula, managed and ran a classroom, maintained timely and accurate records, while complying with national, state, and district standards and policies for best educational practice: I obtained a high level of organization and planning, and developed effective written and oral communication skills; I collaborated with stakeholders, colleagues, and superiors; I have grown multi-dimensional communication skills and an ability to recognize and act upon student needs in order to ensure positive rapport and maintain a productive risk free working environment in my classroom; On my overall professional practice summative evaluation, I received an excellent rating on all four Domains, which include Planning and Preparation, Classroom Environment, Instruction, and Professional Responsibilities.
