I handle customer service, and interpersonal interactions on a face to face level. I handle money including a float, debit and credit transactions. I am a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the store. I also handle phone calls, ordering, transfers and any other odds and ends associated with running a business.

- I helped co-ordinate and facilitate the initial stages of a front end recycling program in trouble neighborhoods within Peel Region designed to eliminate blowing litter on windy days. This included community outreach and interaction with residents about the program. We also designed and updated monitoring Excel sheets to show the usage and effectiveness of the different containers over the eight week time period. - Surveyed residents, superintendents, and property managers on the effectiveness of their newly initiated recycling front-end recycling program within multi-residential housing. - Conducted waste audits to identify and monitor the effectiveness of garbage sorters.
