My Current role is Assistant Manager along side my Husband at Rawnsley Park Station Caravan Park. From November 2023 this is the first venture into the Travel, Tourism and Park sector.My major background experience spans 27 years of Retail with Management in varied niches being Supermarket, Apparel, Books, Department Stores then moving into some Hospitality Management within a Fast Food Chain and other areas of cooking and Catering. In 2017, I decided on a career change and focussed on the Disability Sector in which I established several roles in Organisations both dedicated to Children and Adults. I have worked in Support roles involving Independent Living, Day Options along with School Holiday Clinics and all other Home assist and Community Programmes. I studied a partial Diploma in Community Services in Case Management and hold Cert III in Individual Support Disability. I have many certificates from within the health and disability sector that are of value. I also come from a sporting background where I have done a lot of Coaching in the areas of Baseball and Softball along with Playing and Officiating at different levels. I have Coached a Tournament team in the USA in 2007 represented an Australian Baseball team in Hong Kong in 2008 winning a Bronze medal and 2009 finishing Fourth. I have coached Country Rep teams in Softball and played in many Country associations within South Australia and other States. I have been involved in many Inaurgaral teams in Women's Baseball and have mentored and put great effort into getting some programs going, in developing women's sport in South Australia I have a passion to make things happen. Women's sport is growing and needs the support to be recognised and I am passionate in achieving great things in sport.
