Lead projects with state education departments and local school districts to improve human capital / talent management systems, including organizational design, people management, and leadership development, for organizations ranging from a staff of 500 to 5,000 in order to ensure an inclusive, identity-affirming, quality learning experience. In this role, I lead consulting teams between 2 and 12 consultants to design client strategy, team structure, and data-driven project management for workflow efficiency, progress monitoring, and continuous learning and growth. My teams consistently establish strong relationships with senior leaders and meet contract goals, leading to renewals/extensions with over 90% of clients.

As a member of the senior management team, I led the design and implementation of revised policy and processes for over 100,000 students with disabilities to ensure equal access to student placement process across 1,100 NYC schools.

Managed the annual launch of the “school opening” peak enrollment process, including the set-up of temporary sites and hiring/training of 400+ temporary staff to serve over 25,000 families new or returning to NYC public schools.
