Consulting Director
CurrentLead projects with state education departments and local school districts to improve human capital / talent management systems, including organizational design, people management, and leadership development, for organizations ranging from a staff of 500 to 5,000 in order to ensure an inclusive, identity-affirming, quality learning experience. In this role, I lead consulting teams between 2 and 12 consultants to design client strategy, team structure, and data-driven project management for workflow efficiency, progress monitoring, and continuous learning and growth. My teams consistently establish strong relationships with senior leaders and meet contract goals, leading to renewals/extensions with over 90% of clients.
