I am a self-motivated woman looking for opportunities to challenge myself. I enjoy working on a team and creating an environment open to safe communication, encouragement of sharing ideas and creativity, and allowing for mistakes to encourage opportunities for learning. I look for potential to be better in myself and I look for the people who will inspire me and push me to better, as I hope to do the same for them. I don't accept mediocrity in myself. I want more and I look for team members who want more as well. I am also a 400 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher . Fitness and Health make a big impact in my life as well. I am looking for opportunities to share my love and knowledge for yoga with others. A yogic journey can be life-changing and awe-inspiring! I share my knowledge of breath, mindful movement, and the connective components between the two when I teach so students leave with a better understanding of themselves and their power over their own bodies off the mat.
