About Amanda Stack

What can I say...I love the restaurant industry. It is the best place to work! I love people and meeting new people from all over. Hard work and dedication pays off, that’s for sure. They say if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life. I have been in the restaurant business for 15 wonderful years. I started as a server at Ruby Tuesday’s. When I was there, I started bartending and moved my way through the kitchen. After 7yrs I decided to take a different route. I went to Outback and I found a home. I started as a server. Then went to bartending and Takeaway expert. I became a opening trainer and have opened two wonderful stores. Also, I started working in the back of house and made my rounds through the kitchen. Finally, in 2017 I took the plunge and became a FOH manager. I have traveled to numerous Outbacks to help out when needed. And in August 2019 I came back to my hometown for the kitchen manager spot. I am servesafe and proctor. And of course I am succeeding in making numbers. My numbers speak for themselves. Failure is not an option. Smile, you might make someone’s day.
