“To me, all movement styles are a celebration of what the body can do.''A professional dancer and choreographer, Amanda brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to any project or team. With a background of gymnastics, dance and sport, movement is a way of life for this natural born performer. Amanda has been dancing and performing for over 20 years, teaching and coaching for 12 years. With her hometown in Colorado, then moving to NYC and currently residing in Dubai, she continues to operate a non profit business (Aspen Cares) in Colorado from aboard. Co- founder and lead choreographer for Aspen Cares, a company creating theatrical fashion shows benefiting mental health companies. Amanda regards the fitness community is her second family – a home away from home – and she loves to coach both group fitness and private training sessions. She teaches a wide range of classes which bring together her love of dance, fitness and movement from barre to spinning and many more.
