I have always loved to be in the kitchen and began cooking early. I have very fond memories of helping my Italian grandparents make homemade pasta and Italian cookies, learning in their kitchens.I did the Baking and Pastry Arts Management program at George Brown College because becoming a pastry chef seemed like the perfect career to combine my passions for cooking and art.From there I worked at at Bobbette & Belle patisseriefor 8 years, working my way up from baker to cake decorator, and then to managing both their Toronto kitchens. I dedicated myself to enhancing client experiences by providing personalized cake tastings for couples planning their weddings and event planners.For 11 years I created cakes for weddings and special events, for numerous film and television productions including Chopped and the Marilyn Denis Show and for musicians including Drake and MötleyCrüe.Over the past 5 years I've been teaching cooking classes to adults and children at Le Dolci Culinary Classroom. Leading people through team building activities or intricate piping designs passing on my joy for baking and kitchen knowledge.Now, as I embark on a new chapter in sales with Le Dolci, I am dedicated to curating unforgettable experiences through bespoke event planning. From customizing private parties to planning team-building activities, my dream remains the same: to bring joy to people’s lives through cakes, pastries and cookies – to brighten an ordinary day and make a milestone sparkle.✨✨
