Lead and manage the Girl Scout fall sale and cookie programs with an annual budget accountability of 11 million dollars.Oversee the support provided to 2,000+ troop volunteers participating in the Girl Scout cookie program annually, including Salesforce case management, email queue, Facebook group and phone queue.Coordinate annual communication with 800+ retail partners, including Kroger, WalMart, Lowe’s, and all major mall management companies in southeastern Michigan to ensure access to high quality selling opportunities for troops participating in the cookie program.Recruit, train, and supervise a team of full-time, part-time, and seasonal staff amongst six work locations, including developing annual work plans, conducting performance evaluations, and daily supervision.Manage four Girl Scout retail shop locations and the camp trading post including inventory management, developing and implementing quarterly retail sales promotions, and formulating pricing to attain optimal inventory levels across all locations.Work with product program vendors and Girl Scout merchandise representatives to obtain best practices, review trend history, and construct engaging, motivating product programs and retail opportunities for GSSEM members.

Coordinated ticket sales campaign for all Mosaic performances, including developing and executing promotion plans to meet ticket sale targets. Served as the project manager in the redesign and launch of new branding and a new organizational website for Mosaic by partnering with several vendors and consultants. Represented the organization at corporate and community events to maintain and leverage positive relationships with funders, community partners, schools, and vendors.Led Mosaic’s annual recruitment efforts, including the development and distribution of recruitment materials.

Managed the Girl Scout product program, including the fall nut and magazine sale, and the Girl Scout cookie program, resulting in growth in sales and participation.Established new processes and procedures to better manage the council’s product inventory, resulting in a large decrease in lost and unsold inventory. Led the council’s transition to online training, and provided oversight to technical programs for the council, including eBudde, VIP eTraining, and NutE, and led the council in better utilizing each of the systems. Coordinated the council’s overall product sales communication plan, including internal and external communication and printed materials. Worked on various fund development projects, including cookie bake off events, and other special fundraising events.
