My absolute favorite thing is untapped potential in a team and putting someone's hidden experience or natural abilities to use for a business A perfect partnership for me is a company that is people/values driven, grew a little too quickly, and the owners are confused why the team doesn't seem to understand what the owner wants done. I bridge that communication gap and get everyone on the same page and working toward the same goalOn a more personal note, I love to play tennis and travel. I grew up in South Dakota, went to college in Minnesota, and love to return to the Midwest in the summer months. I've been to 47 states and 4 continents.
