As the Operations and HR Manager at Alliance ABA Therapy, I oversee the daily operations and human resources functions of a growing organization that provides applied behavior analysis services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. I also bring more than 25 years of experience in the entertainment and event industry, where I held various positions in management, marketing, coordination, and ownership. My event portfolio ranges from small events of 10-50 people, to events as large as 10,000 plus. Whether it be a corporate event, large scale wedding, tradeshow, meeting, or virtual meeting, I have handled all aspects of planning and managing them.My core competencies include managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering excellent customer service, and solving problems creatively. I also have a strong interest in anthropology and art history, which I am pursuing as a bachelor's degree student at Arizona State University. I believe that having a diverse and cultural perspective helps me to better understand and communicate with our clients, staff, and partners.
