About Amanda Vickers

I specialise in Early Years education. I have full QTS, am an experienced IQA, EPA and a robust on-programme assessor. I am currently an IQA and EPA within the Quality Improvement Team at Training Qualifications UK, assessing our Early Years and Education suite of apprenticeship standards. As a well organised, motivated and engaging professional, I have been teaching in schools, colleges and training providers for 30 years. My experience includes class teaching in London, Surrey and the Midlands, tutoring in FE colleges from Entry Level to Foundation Degree, and apprenticeship delivery for both frameworks and standards. I am passionate about encouraging children and young people to learn and achieve, I truly believe the early years is a major factor in future success.
