Amanda Vickers is CEO at Speak First, a global training and coaching consultancy. Amanda has over 25 years’ experience in training, coaching and management development. After spending a number of years in the banking sector (where she held senior management, HR and training roles), Amanda has led the team at Speak First in working with a wide range of organisations. Amanda brings energy, vision and compassion to everything she does. Over the years she and the team at Speak First have designed and delivered learning that reaches far beyond the training room that frees people to reach their full potential.Amanda passionately believes that education and learning are the foundation of a life worth living. In 2013 she founded the Speak First Foundation, a charity dedicated to helping children having the wonderful gift of education. So far, the Speak First Foundation has sponsored projects in Africa, India and Bangladesh. Over the last two years, one of the main initiatives has been supporting a floating school project in Bangladesh, benefitting over 200 students.
