As an administrative coordinator and dispatcher I was doing clerical duties for the warehouse facility manager as his assistant in day to day operations. I kept track of driving teams and reached out to clients about deliveries and returns as needed. I responded to emails via Microsoft outlook. I answered a multi-lined phone system and directed calls as needed. I signed for inbound load driver’s paperwork. I worked with return items and the warehouse manager to make sure the items were ready for delivery and returns as needed.

I came in for 11 to relieve teachers in one class for lunch. When they get back go to my closing class and work with the kids, playing and snack and reiterating the morning lesson plan in a creative way. When the children leave I am responsible for cleaning the two classrooms and sanitizing.
