•Manage daily operations for insurance agency that provides guidance to individuals who require help with Medicare Advantage, Supplemental and Prescription Drug coverage•Responsible for account management , member services, eligibility/enrollment, member appeals/grievances and contract compliance•Created local area marketing strategies to increase presence in the communities serve•Responsible for the development of marketing strategies and direct response marketing campaign for Medicare eligible people•Keep up to date on all product changes, compliance and licensing for all product offerings

• Responsible for sales of Ophthalmic eyewear, contact lenses, and specialty lenses• Buyer of Ophthalmic product• Patient education/instruction of contact lens care, insertion and removal• Service patients with knowledge of eyewear and vision complications.• Continuance of education with new products in the market.
