In this role I will be responsible for assisting and coordinating the programs and processes of the Personal Excellence and Wellbeing department, offering support in creating a stable and professional environment for each individual player. I will also be tasked with coordination of the administration duties for the NEAFL team operations.Key result areas include;• Coordinate the transition and induction of new players to the Club;• Provide support to players, particularly in areas of the wellbeing and life balance;• Act as point of contact for players parents, partners and families.• Administration of player 360 review process in consultation with Head of Personal Excellence and Wellbeing• Arrange travel and events for parents, partners and families of players• Assist NEAFL with arrangements and preparations including travel plans and all back office duties

• Match Purchase Orders to Invoices and check for appropriate authorization and coding in accordance with the Club’s Purchase Order Policy.• Keying and Processing of Invoices• Payment Runs – EFT & CHQ• Maintenance of Petty Cash Float and all reimbursements• Maintenance of Accounts Payable module ensuring it reconciles to the General Ledger on a monthly basis• Attending to the Payment of Invoices by EFT or Chq and mailing the Cheques as authorized by the Senior Accountant• Setting up, Entering and Processing of all Periodic Payments• Entering & Processing of all Superannuation, BAS and Tax Payments on a Monthly basis• Processing all Payroll on a Fortnightly basis• Primary point of contact for all creditor related telephone/fax/email enquiries• Process Creditor Account Applications• Manage and Reconcile the following accounts: Creditors Control Account, Unapproved Invoices Account, All Contra Accounts, Amex, BP, Australia Post, Coles Card, Go Via, Player Living Allowance Spreadsheets, Admin & Player FBT Spreadsheets & All Creditor Statements• Filing• Help Audit processes at year end• Identify improvements and streamline processes• Participate in match day operations as required on a rostered and / or voluntary basis
