She has over 25 years of business experience and expertise and has worked across industries including banking & finance, professional services, FMCG, and Management consultancy.Amanda started her career in commerce with Westpac holding finance and management roles in Retail and Commercial Banking. She followed her passion for working with people, and transitioned into Human Resources. Amanda built her successful senior HR career working withing organisations inclusing Westpac, AMP, SOCOG, and Deloitte. She has deep experience in Organisational Development (OD), Leadership Development, Learning & Development (L&D) and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I). Her strengths include leadership development, talent development, talent management, facilitation and OD strategy. Over the years, Amanda has lead and managed numerous teams and has had the privilege and pleasure of working with many of the industries brightest and most passionate practitioners. In recent years, Amanda has worked in management consulting firms where she has combined her consulting, facilitation, and coaching skills with her business development, marketing and commercial management skills. In October 2011, Amanda launched her very successful HR consultancy, One Degree HR.
