Pipo Saúde is a health tech that acts as a broker of health benefits and insurances.As a Senior Product Manager, besides being responsible for enrollments and benefits management HR platform, I act in the following step of an enrollment which is sending these requests to the Pipo's partner carries in health, dental and life insurances. In addition to offering the best experience to HR requesting their enrollment, our goal is also processing this request with the most possible efficiency. Main activities:- Leading product reviews evolving different stakeholders, including C-level;- Responsible for product strategy, squad's roadmap and priorizations;- Monitoring and managing impacts of squad's roadmap in others roadmap's and being responsible for adjusting our plans for some external impact;- Being part of discovery and delivery processes.Business Impacts:- Creation of new enrollment flows in the platform - request for benefit's and data alterations;- Automating end to end a new enrollment flow of dental insurance in the carrier system. Considering this new automated flow, the overall rate of end to end automated enrollment increased from 27% to 38%;- Acting in corrections of failure in one of the automated flow, decreasing the failure rate from 100% to 35%.

As a Product Manager, I acted in the HR platform that enables managing all employee's active benefits. Our main goal was allowing our HR client to run different types of enrollments (such as inclusion, exclusion and alteration) in diverse types of benefits (such as health, dental and life insurances) doing that through our platform.Main activities:- Responsible for product strategy, squad's roadmap and priorizations;- Being part of discovery and delivery processes; - Structuring and monitoring all the KPIs related with enrollment context using SQL language and Metabase tool;- Managing key stakeholders, such as operations, product marketing and customer success teamsBusiness Impacts:- Creation of new enrollment flows in the platform, as enrollment's batches, what improved the user experience, mainly among big clients;- Reducing the rate of enrollments with issues about data and documents required from 12% to 5%;- Enabling the automatic management of documents required in some enrollments due to integration of our platform and DocuSign. The automation was responsible for creating and sending the additional document as well as collecting the digital signature, allowing the decrease of operational demands.
