As a dedicated corporate facilitator and coach, the primary goal throughout my career has been to help other people succeed and be the best version of themselves. This affords the opportunity for customers to be satisfied with their products and services. In working to grow and develop employee skills and knowledge, I strive to improve observable behaviors that impact the customer experience and sales performance. What I bring to the table is a proficiency in both face to face and virtual training. I have a comfort level in working with all sizes of learning groups from one on one coaching to large group facilitation. I am proficient in training employees on new hire information, customer service, systems usage, sales skills and performance coaching. I utilize adult learning techniques to keep people engaged with the highest chance of information retention.
