Task Order Project Manager and PILS T3 Lead; Evaluate effectiveness of training and development programs and utilize relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods; Coordinate and/or perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs; Work with Informatics team to address systematic issues and clinic workflow. Provide formal and informal implementation guidance, integration, and change management support to functional users (medical and dental) requiring assistance in implementing, using, and integrating EHR; Study and review approved DHA HI workflow as they pertain to MHS Genesis Assist in providing functional support and detailed feedback during trouble ticket resolution.
