Thank you for checking out my profile. I've been on a journey to find my long time career path. I started out with a passion for hairstyling. I went to school, got my license, worked at a salon for a few years and I ran my own business for 8 years. While I ran my business, I went to school to achieve an advanced diploma and a degree in Child and Youth Care. Throughout my time in school, I learned a lot about myself. I enjoyed working on the computer, building relationships, taking leadership roles, and helping others in various ways. This led me to where I am now- Customer Support and Administration. I've been working at Aerotek since December 2021, aiming to build my career and to reach my financial goals. I currently do a variety of reports and audits for my operation. I run background checks for candidates, and ensure compliance for our clients. I provide support internally for the team, and externally for our clients and contractors. I also onboard new hires internally, welcome them to the team, and ensure that their journey with us begins smoothly. I consider myself a driven individual that always finds a way to get the job done. I take initiative, I stay organized, and I bring a positive attitude to the workplace. My goal is to continue to build on my skills and work towards exciting opportunities for the future.
