Responsible for analyzing and answering requests from clients concerning their plan design and claims experience in reference to Gislbar's Self Funded Insurance block of business. Coordinates all aspects of client accounts by acting as a liaison between the client and our office with regards to their plan renewals, reporting needs, regulatory requirements, and day to day operations.

Promoted to a Team Lead, managed the day to day planning, operation, and problem solving of a team of Customer Service Representatives to meet the required quality standards as well as drive company sales targets. Direct coaching of my team delivered measurable improvements in their quality scores from 79% to 95% as well as their individual close rates contributing to the team's overall success of reaching the target of 5 million in revenue.
