Current• Consistently demonstrate a track record in execution of full life cycle recruitment (source, screen, submit, pipeline, etc.), policies and guidelines and client service objectives• Operate proficiently in filling various types of jobs in various industries (mainly IT)• Provide support and take initiative through the interview process, including performing the necessary screening requirements and through the offer phase• Operate with limited input from supervisor• Work with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments and to assess clients staffing requirements• Demonstrate a high aptitude toward influencing desired outcomes through negotiation and candidate control• Maintain an ongoing pipeline of relevant passive and active relationships with exceptional talent to lessen time-to-fill and increase quality and quantity of jobs filled• Participate in creation of sourcing strategy by recommending ideas to satisfy client requirements• Highly proficient in leveraging online recruiting resources including job boards, professional affiliations, niche sites, social networking, etc.• Work with internal stakeholders to clarify job specifications in order to fulfill client needs
