I also supported initiatives for TheraTraQ, SAI’s integrated suite of intelligence and analytics offerings, positioning myself at the forefront of healthcare innovation. As a manager in community-level office administration, I reported directly to the Executive Director and brought a wealth of experience to the position. My multifaceted responsibilities encompassed a wide range of critical functions, including overseeing payroll, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and spearheading hiring practices. I developed and implemented rigorous interviewing procedures, pre-employment screenings, and new hire documentation and onboarding processes to ensure the highest standards of excellence.Furthermore, I served as a proficient resource in the realm of Human Resources, actively contributing to personnel management and development.
