The Young Women’s Alliance (YWA) is an organization of women that empowers its members to develop personally and professionally through educational programs and opportunities to lead, network and serve. As the VP of Programs, I am responsible for planning and executing all of YWA's professional development programs, this includes, identifying guest speakers for General Meetings and Saturday Sessions, management of the YWA Connect Mentor Program, overseeing execution for all event logistics.

MakerSquare is a 3 month full-time career accelerator for software engineering. By teaching computer science fundamentals and modern web technologies like JavaScript, MakerSquare prepares students to join the most desirable of engineering teams. Graduates of MakerSquare have landed entry-level positions at enterprise companies like Paypal and IBM, as well as crucial roles at startups, both where they use the skills they learned to work in production environments.

The Acton MBA Program is a Princeton Review top ranked MBA program. As the Program Director my responsibilities included, overseeing the academic experience of students, fostering and creating new relationships with the community, managing and coaching staff and interns, and coordinating with a highly successful teaching staff made up of entrepreneurs.

Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Acton MBA program and campus. Specifically by serving as the point of contact for current students and alumni. Also functions as a liaison between current students and alumni to the Executive Director. Works with and coordinates with Master Teachers to implement curriculum and program changes for upcoming semesters and academic years. Assists Director of Outreach and Enrollment with recruiting and events.

Assisted the Administrative Coordinator with organizing and running events such as lectures, luncheons, and parties for staff and faculty. Conducted daily office duties such as fielding phone calls, delivering mail, ordering supplies, running errands and making copies for faculty and staff. Assisted students with questions regarding advising, registration, and academic deadlines.

Managed website redesign project. Coordinated weekly status meetings to keep project on track. Co- ordinated focus groups to test usability of new website design. Improved the usability of website by creating new layouts for content and generating new material for the website. Conducted research on competitor websites and new technologies to incorporate into the website.

Identified qualified candidates to meet client requirements. Managed contractor related problems such as payroll and timecard issues. Maintained close relationships with current and future contractors to build a network to recruit from and gain industry knowledge.
