CurrentOversight of MOAA's philanthropic initiatives and two charities, The MOAA Foundation and the MOAA Scholarship Fund. Leads staff in securing sufficient contributions each year ($4m+) to achieve revenue goals and ensures proper management of donations and corpus ($130m+). Cultivates and stewards relationships with all prospective donors, including individuals, foundations, corporations and event/program sponsors. Ensures the MOAA development strategy supports, encourages and creates incentives to achieve MOAA’s objectives while, at the same time, furthering the altruistic missions and goals of MOAA charities.
