I managed logistical arrangements such as floor plans, designing marketing collateral, writing and implementing risk and Occupational Health and Safety plans, managing budgets, dealing with suppliers, lifting and moving equipment, directing staff at events, dealing with VIP’s and developing systems for review of events.Engagement activities involved informing community on new infrastructure and landscape developments. I also dealt with the media (radio and newspaper interviews), managed budgets, organised prizes and compiled a comprehensive speaker's program for the event.
