Work in a call-center environment and provide excellent customer service to Toyota employees who call in to book business travel. I handle an average of 50 calls a day and the service provided includes airfare, car and hotel for both domestic and international travel. The confirmation of new reservations and also performing exchanges for existing reservations, often working directly with airlines, hotels etc. to assist travelers with changes and personal requests are also a part of my duties. I have the ability to get certain fees waived, when others cannot, and make it my priority to find the best deals for the travel services that are needed. I speak and interact with all levels of employees and customers. My knowledge of all travel policies in regards to domestic and international travel is extensive and my use and knowledge of the Turbo Sabre booking system is at an expert level.
