With over 13 years’ experience in project and programme management and delivery, I am an accomplished, driven, and proactive project manager with a passion for helping teams deliver what’s needed for their business and for their end users. I have a solutions-focused approach to my work and ensure teams fully assess and understand problems before creating solutions. I am constantly seeking ways to improve my own processes and ways of working, as well as those of the teams I support. I’ve spent my career working in high-pressure, delivery-focused environments, ranging from global commercial banks and brokerages to luxury vehicle brands and charities, where I’ve helped teams deliver solutions, improve infrastructure, manage change and establish new teams. My experience in managing high pressure projects with tight timelines and strict budgets has taught me to be strong, resilient, and adaptable whilst keeping calm during challenging times. My empathetic and personable approach to building relationships means I lead teams effectively, whilst also strengthening relationships and successfully influencing stakeholders. I am always keen to evolve and improve, always finding an opportunity to learn from a situation.
