Senior manager within the Education Personnel Service, with responsibility for the Schools HR Policy and Development and Schools HR Project teams. These teams influence and respond to the national and local initiatives driving the HR project, policy and guidance needs of over 550 schools within Hampshire and the surrounding areas.

Responsibility for all schools HR policy development activity, project based HR activity and maintenance of online resources across over 540 schools purchasing EPS services.
