I have been in association management now for nearly 20 years and consider myself a natural born steward. I'm enthusiastic and expressive, with a witty disposition. I am also a strong leader, passionate, professional, and committed to my profession. Trade Association management is a unique field of work that I consider myself extremely fortunate to contribute to. I enjoy being a part of someone’s experience, making a difference, and creating positive, forward momentum. The path I found was one you could say I stumbled upon, embraced, and have grown immensely from. It has not been short of its challenges, but it has taught me how to be a patient, humble leader, and to self-reflect often in order to keep an open mind, as well as to advocate for my own personal and professional values.
