Our consulting team collaborated with a thriving interior design business who wanted our help to boost profitability and optimize operations. After an effective analysis, we strategically came up with a plan. We were able to identify cost-effective shipping solutions as well as an effective profit margin. Throughout our mentoring sessions and workshops with the owners, we were able to make strong data-driven decisions that made a notable difference in the businesses profits.
