I'm responsible for the daily planning, calendaring, scheduling, monitoring, editing, and production of online small business education classes and content for UNR Extension Small Business Education Program. Working closely with others within our Clark County Community & Economic Development programs, I assure that UNR Extension's e-learning environment continues to meet the changing needs of our small business community. I handle LMS and CMS coordination for the Small Business Education Program, along with producing editing, distributing and marketing our educational programing through YouTube, social media, newsletters and Spotify.

Dam Proud is a grassroots organization working within Boulder City, Nevada to promote diversity and inclusion, with a focus on the contributions of Boulder City's LGBTQ+ residents and visitors. Dam Proud hosts weekly and monthly events that range from social meetups to community clean ups to volunteering wherever help may be needed in our area.

Produced fine art and design exhibitions to enhance the college's design programs by bringing in the work of outside designers and coordinated exhibitions of student work featuring a range of 2D and 3D art and design. Created artwork layouts within gallery and performed installation. Art-directed signage, invitation flyers and e-vites, planned and hosted gallery events and gave educational gallery tours. Chaired Faculty Gallery Committee and organized volunteers as needed. Ensured continuous gallery exhibits with no down-time due to gallery spaces being high traffic and multi-use. Partnered with museums and local, state and national organizations to enhance exhibitions and to bring in traveling shows. Built small permanent collection. Identified artist/exhibitor needs, and assisted artists with private party sales inquiries.

Instructor of Bachelor level graphic design and fine art classes at the Art Institute of Las Vegas, a private, accredited design college. I focus on building students' visual and verbal presentation skills in graphic design portfolio classes and on spacial problem solving and prototype construction in 3-D Design and Package Design classes.

Contributed creative direction on all visuals for start up, including branding and original animations. Wrote and edited copy for use in brand marketing and delivery to potential investors. Conscious Creative focused on creative educational products helping children realize their personal and artistic potential. My team competed at Google Start Up Weekend, won the Design Award, and continued as a year-long partnership. Vizi is a brand of products fostering heightened emotional awareness in kids through storytelling and visuals.

I joined the staff with the mission of editing visual artwork submissions for publication in a fledgling literary magazine. Collaborated with art director and founding editor toward successful launch of digital and print inaugural issue, meeting targets. Exceeded expectations by rapidly expanding the quantity and quality of online artwork submissions through direct marketing of the magazine's visual arts mission to local and national creatives. I researched and targeted visual artists and photographers, selecting and curating quality work for themed issues. Curated artists to include international and marginalized voices. Used social media outreach to market the publication to potential contributors. Assisted artists throughout the submission process and handled communications with both submitting and contributing artists. Utilized project management, submissions management, and database software tools.

Instructed multiple sections of drawing courses with focus on building students' foundation skills. Wrote curriculum and designed informational handouts for drawing course for fine arts and architecture students. Saw vast improvement in student skill levels over the term of each course.

Leo Koenig Las Vegas, a six-month contracted contemporary art exhibition, featured works on paper, paintings, and mixed media sculptures curated by Leo Koenig Gallery, New York. Following exhibit installation, I was hired to oversee the gallery's daily operations. I handled hiring, supervision, and payroll for my team of professional staff for the duration of the exhibition. In addition, I handled purchasing and oversaw maintenance, condition reports, crating, and the return shipment of a 6,000 sq. ft. exhibition of 2D and 3D works. I coordinated events in the gallery space and gave tours to groups and VIPs. With my team of art handlers, I managed the successful takedown, crating, and load out of the large and complex contemporary exhibit when the contract came to an end.

Worked with a team of art handlers to unload, install, detail, and maintain The Guggenheim Las Vegas'​ approx. 40,000 sq. ft Art of the Motorcycle exhibit. Performed exhibit maintenance and initiated condition reports for this large scale exhibit of antique motorcycles, related ephemera and audio video components within a Frank Gehry-designed exhibit. Unloading and set up of the exhibit featured challenges unique to the museum's design and location, situated inside a major resort casino complex. Additional challenges that we met successfully included working on a strict installation timeline while the museum's actual construction was in its final stages. I received training for handling and installation of Hermitage collection masterworks.

Worked with various age groups of children in well-established, focused, educational day camp and after school classroom setting. Taught a variety of lessons and supervised as students created projects demonstrating understanding. Managed individual groups within a classroom environment with many other simultaneous group activities happening around us. Set up exhibitions of student work showing learning outcomes. Assisted with hosting weekly events in which the children's families would visit the exhibits and the classrooms. Discussed the group's projects with parents and other family members, including how to continue learning at home. Collaborated to complete large scale projects that were later auctioned to the benefit of children's programming at non-profit cultural organizations.

Worked on grassroots environmental campaign, sharing information with the public and collecting signatures to protect public lands.
